This week, I want to talk to you about your self-worth. All too often we are told that we have no self-worth or that it's tied to something we can do for others, etc. This mindset is not only dangerous, but completely WRONG!
When it comes to your sense of self-worth, it does not and should not be tied to anyone or anything in particular. You have innate self-worth and I want to encourage you with these 10 Affirmations.
- I am worthy of love and respect, just as I am.
- My value is determined by me, not the opinions of others.
- I believe in myself and my unique abilities.
- I release the need for perfection and embrace my authentic self.
- I am enough, just as I am. This gives me strength.
- I deserve happiness and fulfillment.
- I honor my needs and set boundaries that protect my well-being.
- I am resilient and capable of overcoming challenges.
- I trust myself to make decisions that align with my values.
- My self-worth is completely within my control and no one else's.
Take one of these affirmations per week for the next 10 weeks and put it in a place you will see it every single day.
By remembering that you have self-worth and are worthy of being seen, you can create the mindset that fosters love, acceptance of yourself, and the growth you deserve!
